In this week's dispatch, we will be covering the upcoming movie night, letters members have been receiving regarding CPC's third party company gathering insurance/driver's abstract information, and one more reminder to update your contact information with the local office.

Movie Night
A reminder that our newly elected Social Committee is hosting an upcoming movie night at our Local office (18121 107 Ave NW) on December 23rd at 4 pm. It will start with a family-friendly movie, which will be followed by a slightly more mature Christmas movie. The Committee will provide popcorn and drinks, but you are welcome to bring snacks that you can share. You might also want to bring something comfortable to sit on.
Third Party Insurance/Driver's Abstract Update
The Corporation has been sending letters to members notifying them of a change to the third party company that is taking care of verifying driver licensing and insurance compliance. We don't currently have answers to all of your questions, but we have made a website post with what we have been told and you can read that HERE.
Contact Information Update
This is another reminder to make sure your contact information is up to date with the Local office. This will help make it easier for you to stay in the loop for negotiations, but we will also be using an automated texting service to share information about a strike vote, a strike, or a lockout.
